Hand Made - Each stick is made entirely by hand and lathe turned.

 

Smooth, High Quality Finish - Sticks are sanded with 800-grit sandpaper protecting against the wood grain catching on your fabric.

 

Stain Free & Naturally Colored - No stains used in the making of the stuffing sticks that would penetrate or leave a residue on your fabric.

Made in the USA - We use American walnut for the handles and American, straight-grained cherry for the tapered shaft. Entire product is American made.

Each hand-made stuffing stick is contoured to fit in the palm of your hand. The rounded end has a comfortable barrel shape.

By contouring the handle there is a very natural feel, therefore, there is less stress during stuffing, and you maintain a secure grip on the tool. Blunt end is perfect for stuffing with no sharp points to slip and go through your fabric.

  

Securely Made - Shaft-(stick) is imbedding deep into the handle.

 

Kiln Dried - The wood is kiln dry to 6-8% so they will not shrink or warp.

 

Made to Order - Each order is individually and custom made when the order is received.

 

Each stick is a quality product that will last and last.

All women’s size barrel-shaped handle stuffing sticks are 3 1/8 inches long and perfect for a woman’s hand and tapers from 1 to ¾ inch in diameter. Set includes three standard lengths: Large is 8 inches, medium is 6 inches, and small is 3 ½ inches long.

 

Larger size handles are available to fit the male hand. Barrel-shaped handle is 1 1/8 to 1” tapered. Lengths are available in the same sizes as women’s.

Specialty Orders:

Email us with your personal and custom design – we will quote a price and availability. Your choices could include longer/shorter stick lengths or a choice of wood species for the stuffing-stick handles only. We do not recommend balsa wood! Stick shafts are always made from American Cherry because of its strength and long, fine wood grain.

US Residents: add $3.50 shipping/handling per set. 

International Orders: We will calculate the postage and send you an email for approval.
