This was my first time to visit The TeddyBear Welt 2011 in Wiesbaden Germany on March 12 & 13th.

Some bear makers told me they were the readers of Bears&Buds and they recognized me from the web pages.

Heidi Schaefer, a Professional Member of Bears&Buds too, brought me to meet Berta Hensen-Minten, another contributing write to Bears&Buds.

There was so much to see! I'm sharing some of the photos with you. Men with bears, many children with their parents and some visitors even came with their dogs.

My students and I won prizes in the TED contest.

We were happy to visit the show.

Heidi Schaefer, an award winning Professional Bears&Buds Member introduced Gloria to Berta.

Gloria met Berta Hensen-Minten. Both are URSA Award winners and contributing writers to Bears&Buds.


Gloria also met many of the exhibitors and supplies. This gentleman sells bear making accessories.
