My name is Humphrey and I was born in 1993 in Flagstaff, Arizona USA.
Currently living in Cottonwood, AZ, with my Mom and Dad, by the way of Florida and Hawaii; don't ask!

| CELEBRATION |

In October I will be 21 years old!
I plan on doing a lot of
celebrating.
Being 21 means I'm responsible for my actions. I can now vote in
bear elections and enjoy a drink containing straight honey.
I have been counting off the years for a long time and now the event has
arrived.
Bring on the parties!
The presents, friends and fun!
The mailman
delivered presents for several days and my brother Bean and I are allowed
to open the boxes but not the presents until the day of my birthday.
That's OK
because we are having a shredded paper fight with each mail delivery.

Before my special day arrives I want to say "Happy Birthday" to my special
friend Dawn who shares this mutual birthday with me.
We wear our birthday hats with pride and exchange smiles, hugs and a
promise to be 'responsible' on our special celebration.

Mom and Dad gave me my own set of car keys!
I can now drive the family car
but with restrictions.
No speeding, no bear spirit honey or leaving food scraps and empty candy wrappers in the car.

|
At last the day has come!
My Minion friends announced the opening celebration to my party
by saying,
"Let the party begin!
Let's eat"
|
Hot Dogs were on the menu and I got the biggest one because today was my
day!

My Minion friend loved jumping on the tomatoes because the juice would
squirt out on anyone standing too close.
He looks so innocent and
I look guilty because
I laughed over his antics.

I love birthdays!
MORE PRESENTS!
And chocolates too! |

At first I thought all the desserts were for me, but
I had to share.
Bummer!
|
No vegetables for me today!
It is my birthday!
HOORAY!

Except for some fruit.
BA-BA-BA-NANAS!

|
During my celebration, I had a big taste of 'Bear Spirits'.
My head started to
hurt and the room was spinning.
I don't like being responsible for this action. YUK
|
I'm not sure how I entered the Land of OZ with the Tin Man.
Could that
have been the results of tasting the 'Bear Spirits'?
And why was I seeing two
of
them?

Finally the cake!
Officially I am 21 years old. |
I ate the whole thing!

 |
The party was great as I was busy opening presents, enjoying good food and lots of hugs from good friends.
I'm
not sure about those words 'responsible for my actions'.
My head still hurts,
my stomach grumbles and now I have to clean up the mess from the party!
But
when I think of the fun time, I wouldn't change one minute of this special
celebration.
Yippee!
