no exceptions. Send your Ursa Awards Entry Form in as early as
possible because photo positions per category will be assigned
by the date and time on which we receive the official Ursa Awards
Entry Form from you (payment must accompany order). First
come, first served, first positions.

Email the following to editor@bearsandbuds.com, by April 5, 2006:
1. (3) High resolution photos - close-up, full body, and profile
for each entry saved as 300 DPI, about 3” wide x 5”. You do not
need to hire a professional photographer, but be sure to read
our Photo Tips page to get the best possible photos.
Label each photo with your initials, name of item and name of view.
Example: RJNameofItemFullBody. Email no more than TWO
photos per email to editor@bearsandbuds.com.

2. Supporting documentation of original work such as concept
sketches, preliminary designs, explanation of inspirations involved
in the work, or a paragraph on how the work was developed, would
be appropriate.
3. Include this information with each entry:
